Quick Return Rules

  • 14 days from delivery to request a return

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale

At Beyond Vision Mall, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—while also maintaining fair and consistent standards for all customers.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns requested within 14 calendar days of delivery for eligible items that are:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with all original packaging

Items that are customized, made-to-order, or marked final sale are not eligible for return, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns that are not due to manufacturing defects.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing to ensure continued product quality.


Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive an incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

Once verified:

  • No restocking fee will apply

  • Return instructions will be provided at no cost to you


How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a request through our Contact Us page

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the item back as instructed

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund amounts exclude original shipping fees and applicable restocking fees


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please complete a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Return Policy or any purchase made through Beyond Vision Mall shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States, under applicable federal and state laws.
