Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically packed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed.

  • In many cases, orders may ship sooner than 24 hours, depending on order volume and availability.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

We take care to properly inspect and package each item before shipment to maintain the quality you expect.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are carrier estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (weather, carrier issues, peak seasons).

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of returns, refused deliveries, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Returns & Shipping Fees

  • If an order is returned for reasons other than a verified manufacturing defect, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.

  • Shipping costs will not be credited back once an order has shipped.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, miss deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)

  • Provide photos and tracking information where applicable

We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
